In 2014 I had the honor of being chosen to co-own Maison DNA, a boutique that featured and celebrated Diversity, Nature & Art and where a carefully curated collection of pre-loved eclectic vintage, designer and one-of-a-kind clothing lived along side local art & home goods.
Over 4 years Maison DNA blossomed into a collaborative art space hosting numerous open mic nights, photoshoots, craft shows, art exhibits, band performances and local theater group rehearsals. It was also featured in a book series written by the owner Beth Loomis.
Despite closing its physical doors in 2018, it lives on as being one of Newport Rhode Island most eclectic stores where many of a great time was had and where wonderful relationships were formed that still live on to today.
